The breakfast was delightful, with freshly cooked options that I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff were incredibly welcoming and ready to assist with anything I needed. However, I encountered a minor cleanliness issue in my room which slightly marred the experience. Overall, it was a great stay and I would love to return!

I spent one night at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were genuinely helpful and made me feel welcomed from the start. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed, along with ample toiletries and tea/coffee supplies. The breakfast included was substantial and quite delicious, a real treat! On the downside, my experience was somewhat marred by a rude waitress who handled our breakfast orders poorly and unfriendly service on that front. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Edinburgh.

My stay at this boutique hotel was fantastic! It's tucked away from the chaos yet so close to main attractions, offering a serene environment while still being centrally located. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful. However, I found the room slightly smaller than expected, which may not suit everyone, and perhaps the pricing during peak season was a bit higher than what I usually budget for.
